My Story

During the last years, a great part of my professional work has been dedicated to the development of human talent, as well as in the education and training of entrepreneurs, managers, organizational leaders and professionals in general, mostly in a great number of prestigious corporations around several countries. 

My main competencies are related to coaching and organizational and business mentoring, being recognized in the corporate world as an expert in leadership, organizational management, entrepreneurship development, sales and human resource management and development, at different levels. 

I graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela with a degree in Social Work and later obtained a master's degree in Group Dynamics and Human Resources Management. At the end of the nineties I graduated as an Ontological Coach at the prestigious coaching school The Newfield Group, for which I already have more than twenty years practicing as an organizational and people coach.

In 2018 I obtained certification as a speaker, speaker and coach from the John Maxwell organization, one of the most prestigious institutions in the training and development of leaders worldwide.

I also worked for several years as a university professor, radio and television broadcaster and columnist for prestigious newspapers, especially in my native Venezuela.

I currently reside in the United States of America, where I have continued with a fruitful professional work, mainly as CEO and leader of the consulting firm Gerencia en Redes.
